The Coronavirus (COVID-19) and The New Birkdale Clinic

As a result of Government advice and in consultation with our surgeons; Prem House Clinic Ltd and New Birkdale Clinic Ltd have today made the very difficult decision to suspend all cosmetic surgery with immediate effect for the next 4 weeks in the first instance.

Unless the advice changes, it is likely to be extended to a further period of time. We will keep to Government advice as it develops.

We apologise for any anxiety and stress this decision may cause. We have not made this decision lightly, but our priority must be for both yours and our staff’s safety.

Please can we ask that patients that haven’t had surgery with us to email all queries and enquiries to

Again, this will be monitored periodically.

All patients who have already had their surgeries and are awaiting follow up will still be provided with full after care within the limitations placed on us of the current situation.

You can help prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) by doing the following:

• Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
• Stay home when you are sick.
• Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
• Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.
• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
• If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Always wash hands with soap and water if hands are visibly dirty.
